Welcome to AYSO Region 44

Welcome to the team! We are excited you have found the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). We look forward to having you join our AYSO family and becoming part of the World’s Biggest Soccer Club!

AYSO has been providing a world-class youth soccer program for more than fifty years, based on our Six Philosophies of Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, Open Registration and Player Development. Built on the power of volunteer support, AYSO brings together community members to coach, referee, and support their local Regions with the ultimate goal of creating a fun, family-friendly environment where your child can grow and develop not only their soccer skills but their leadership and social skills for life. No prior soccer experience is required to join our program.

We have two seasons in a membership year: Fall and Spring. The Fall season typically begins after Labor Day weekend and ends the weekend before Thanksgiving. The Spring season starts the first week of March and ends before Memorial Day weekend. Both seasons run for 10 weeks.

AYSO is an all-volunteer organization and we expect every parents to volunteer in some role to help us provide a successful and fun season for our players. All the coach, referee and board position roles need to be filled before the season start to have everyone who signup be able to play. We provide world-class training for all volunteer positions and the earlier you sign up we can reach out to have you fully certified and ready to go before the season kickoff.
