Registration Status Do we want to have another walk in registration event? It was decided to have one last walk in registration event on Monday July 30,2012 from 6-8pm. Teams will be forming after Aug 1st and released to the coaches on Aug 15th.
Coaches meeting dates/equipment handout dates Proposed dates are Aug 15th and Aug 22nd. Need to coordinate with Ken for equipment handout. (Called Sports Basement and we have Aug 22nd however they were booked for Aug 15th. Mark H will finalize the dates)
Picture Day date Sunday, September 30th
Division Coordinators status We now have division coordinators for all divisions. DC need to start contacting parents and let the Pre-registered players know that after Aug 1st they will be on a wait list.
Opening Day-update/status Carolynn will create an e-mail to be sent to all the parents asking for volunteers. She will have a meeting on Monday July 30th with all volunteers. Parade will be at 9am and we will need to clear the fields for the U6 games by 3pm.
Sunnyvale Parade- August 25th We need a few parent volunteers. Coaches will lead their teams however we will need a few parents to make sure things run smoothly. Please consider helping, or ask parents that might be interested.
Golden Gate camp-Status At the end of the year at the coaches/referee meeting we will have Golden Gate sign up. Even though we might not know the details at least we will have an idea of what we need to budget for GGC.
San Antonio Goals This is no longer an option as Sunnyvale Alliance is not willing to give us San Antonio on a permanent basis for the Fall. We will have San Antonio for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 however things might change for Fall 2013.
